I moved my blog to a self-hosted Wordpress platform a week or two ago and some readers unfortunately got left behind in the move! If this is the first post you've read from me since one titled, "Moving Up" you too have been left behind - not becuase I don't love you, I think the movers lost a few boxes on the way to the new digs.
Anyway, all you need to do is delete this feed from your reader, go to www.confessionsofafitnessinstructor.com and re-subscribe via e-mail or RRS feed and you'll be good to go! Good? Great! Now go and update my feed please! :)
